Our Research
In order to understand our relevant stakeholders' concerns, we performed the following research.
Students
We gathered data through a survey targeted towards NAFA students, regardless of whether they use lockers or not.
We wanted to further understand our demographic, with us asking questions such as "which students in NAFA use lockers?", "what do they use their lockers for?", and "why do students not use lockers in NAFA?"
Our findings are as presented below.
We then used this data to form our persona and developed the user journey map from there, to figure out how best to solve the problems that students were facing.



Locker
Rental
Service
We did not just stop at the students however. In order to understand the locker rental service's point of view as well, we arranged an interview with the founder.
We wanted to know how the booking process worked from their end and how we could mitigate the problems students were having with it.

School
We emailed the school as well to get their insights but their responses were not very useful. In the end we understood what their main priorities were through the interview we had with the locker service staff instead.

With the above research in mind, we identified the main concerns and needs of the relevant stakeholders.
