We make locker booking easy — simply scan the QR code on our lockers and book your locker on the spot!

The Problem

The current locker booking system is ridden with issues, considering it is manual and outdated.

1. Manual allocation of lockers results in a 5-10 day wait.

2. The booking site lacks clarity and upfront information (e.g., price, locker dimensions, location).

3. There is little to no flexibility in the locker selection process.

4. Slow response times from locker rental service staff.

Our Solution

Through our research, we have identified the gaps that exist in the current locker rental system, which we intend to address through our service:

  • To increase efficiency of locker allocation through an automated system

  • Offer more flexibility and freedom in their locker selection

  • Offer a channel of direct communication for students and the locker service
